I don't know my Personal login details
New mobile number or email (new login details)
Company ID is unknown
Users of an Essential app may need to provide their company ID in the first step when logging in again.
- The company ID for your company can be found in the invitation you received to register via email or SMS
- If you can not find it, please contact your colleagues or your app admin.
I don't know my Personal login details
To log in to the app, you need the login email or login mobile number that you initially used to register in the app. If you no longer know these, your app admin can help you. All he/she needs is your username. If you don't know your app admin, you can find them via “My Space” under "Contact App Support".
New mobile number or email (new login details)
If you have a new mobile number or email that you would like to use to log in to the app, you can have your app admin change it. As soon as he/she has adjusted this in your user profile, you can log in with the new email or mobile phone number and your usual password. If you don't know your app admin, you can find them via “My Space” under "Contact App Support".
Forgot or reset password
If you know your login email or login mobile number, but don't know the password, you can reset it very conveniently: Forgot your password or reset it.
New smartphone

App admin not known
If you don't know the app admin responsible for your app, the app will help you. You can find your app admin via “My Space” under "Contact App Support".
