User has a new mobile phone or smartphone - What to do?

Do you have a new smartphone and need access to your Quiply employee app (Essential version)? Here is how:

1. Download the Quiply app from the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS) to your new smartphone.
2. Enter the company-ID.
3. Log in with your previous login data.
   If your login telephone number has changed in the meantime, this would have to be adjusted by the admin in the user profile.
4. If you have forgotten your password or would like to change it, you can find instructions in the article "Forgot or reset password". 
5. Now you are logged in again & can use the employee app!
