Customize group settings

You can redefine a group's settings at any time if your either a group-admin or app-admin. Here you will see how and what is all adjustable:

1. Either in the web interface or in the app, select a group under "Groups" in the left selection menu. Then click on the gear icon in the top left, as shown in red below.
   
   
2. Here you can change the group picture, the group name and the invitation text. Click on the "Advanced Group Settings" menu item if you want to extend or restrict user rights. If no checkmarks are set, users of the group can independently invite other members and create and edit appointments. In the example below, members are currently allowed to post messages:
   
3. Under the menu item "Notification settings" you can set how the users of the group are notified of new messages or appointments.
   
4. The menu item "Rebuild Locally Stored Data for Group" offers you the option of reloading all sent files within the group from the server. If certain content in the group is incorrect, this option is a good idea.
   
5. If you want to leave the group, click on "Leave Group". If the entire group is to be deleted for all users, click on "Delete Group".
