Forgot or reset password

If you have forgotten your password or simply want to change it, you can of course easily create a new one.

1. In your app or the web version, first click "Log In". In the dialog that opens, select the "Forgot Password" button.
2. Now enter your email address or login phone number with which you registered and click on "Get me a new password". An email or SMS will now be sent to this email address or telephone number. If you haven't received an email after a few minutes, please check your spam folder
   

3. The email or SMS contains a button and a code that you can click or copy and paste. Either your mobile app (smartphone) or the web version (desktop PC or notebook) will then open and you can enter a new password of your choice.

   Please note that your password must be at least 8 characters long.
