Prohibited content and use
Quiply is a workplace tool intended for use by businesses and organizations and not for consumer purposes. Each app / Company-ID is controlled by a Customer that is typically your employer or another organization that has sent you an invitation to work together. The Customer may have corporate policies and legal requirements applicable to use of their instance of Quiply and all Authorized Users should review and comply with these requirements. To keep the work environment safe and productive, authorized users must abide by the terms of use of the corporate environment to which they have access. In our Help-Center, we provide App-administrators with three examples of app terms of use for your corporate environments so they can formulate their own terms of use and fully inform your users about the terms of app use.
How do I Report Inappropriate Behavior or Content?
Each Customer is represented by Owners and Admins who manage their app / Company-ID. If you see inappropriate behavior or content, please report it to your App-Admin or your employer. To contact your App-Administrators, see our Help-Center article "Information for users: Support" for instructions on how to find their contact information. App-administrators and authorized users with author roles have the rights and authority to edit or delete channel posts published in the app. Furthermore, chat content can be deleted by the creator as well as the group-administrator. In addition, app-administrators can deactivate and delete users' accounts.
